Want to know more about therapy?

I’ve been where you are. Trying to decide which therapist to choose and basing therapeutic ability on a profile picture or website content. Not knowing what to expect in that first session or how to determine if my therapist would be a good fit. Don’t worry, I’ve got you.

You’ll find an outline of what to expect in your first therapy session here.

And I’ve also created several blog posts dedicated to helping you find and decide on a therapist - and you’re more than welcome to reach out to me with any questions you may have.
